I had the same problem in the US finding sponges that looked like the video. I ended up just getting two rectangular and flat sponges, soft on each side. It wasn’t tight enough with that so I put a smaller sponge of the same shape on one of the sides in between the rim of the can and one of the sponges, wrapped the condom on top and it feels like a dream. Although, I do want a sponge like the one I in the video.
